How to buy:
To buy at For Pilots is easy and secure. The process is divided into 4 sections: purchase, payment, shipping, and returns.
- Purchase Process:
Once you choose the product that interests you, just press the button "add to shopping cart". It will be added automatically. You can see it on the top right corner of your browser, in the shopping cart box. There will be a list of the products that you have added as well as the price. Make sure that the sizes chosen are right and when done, just confirm the purchase and select the payment method.
- Payment Processing:
- Payment through PayPal or credit card:
Payment is instantaneous and the product is shipped the same day (except Sundays and holidays).
-Payment by bank transfer:
Note that if you choose this option, the shipment may be delayed by a day or two, depending on how long the bank takes in completing the transfer.
Payments in-store:
If you are able to come to our physical store, your garment is reserved until you come to pick it up (the reservation is made for up to 3 days). With this method you will save shipping costs.
- Shipping Process:
Shipping is done through courier, so that the article takes no more than 1 working day to reach its destination. For international orders, this depends on the location.
- Return Policy:
If you are not satisfied with the article, you may return it within a period not exceeding 7 days from reception.
IMPORTANT:
- The product must be in perfect condition with original packaging and labeling in the same box that you received it, or similar, to ensure that it arrives in perfect condition.
- The customer shall bear the shipping costs as long as the reason of the return is not attributable to For Pilots (product damaged or very different to the description). For Pilots can take care of the return process, if the client wishes to do so, by charging the customer for shipping.
